How do we handle reviews?
It is very important to us to have clear and transparent communication in our online shop – especially when it comes to customer reviews. To openly communicate the feedback from our customers, we follow these guidelines:
Verification of Comments
Before we publish a comment about one of our products, we verify the authenticity of the commenter. We check whether it is a verified purchase and only then approve the comments. If it is not a verified purchase, we will not publish any comments or reviews about our gloves. We do this for reviews that are submitted directly through our online shop for the respective items.
Furthermore, we use Trusted Shops as an independent service provider for collecting reviews. Trusted Shops has implemented measures to ensure that these are genuine reviews. More information is available directly here on the Trusted Shop page.
Every consumer review is checked for authenticity before publication, ensuring that reviews only come from consumers who have actually purchased/used the reviewed products.
The verification is done by sending individualized links to consumers after completing an online order, which lead to an online review form and ensure that access to the review function is only granted to consumers who have actually purchased a product.
Taking Comments Seriously
We take all comments very seriously, whether positive or negative. Especially negative comments are immediately forwarded internally to the responsible department. This is the only way we can continuously improve ourselves, our gloves, and our brand. We want to provide all customers with the best possible hand protection – we can only implement this with honest feedback. Therefore:
Tell it like it is
If you are not satisfied with your gloves or with items from our fan shop, this must be clearly communicated. We therefore do not delete negative comments, but pass them on directly. This way we can continue to develop together with your help and continue to produce innovative, modern gloves.
